Popular source of information on this issue are web pages, articles in magazines, internet discussions or "cards" which are identifying additives according to the degree of harmfulness. Even though these lists have a certain penetration, they do strongly differ. CEFF focuses on the main categories of controversial additives not single additives that are generally of major concern in all EU.
